Our Services:
General Maintenance
Bike Maintence includes everything from pre-ride inspection to post-ride inspection. Your bike is one of the most important investments, which is why we are committed to providing you with a free yearly bike check-up to ensure your ride remains in top condition. We work with you so that each year you can learn the tools and resources you need on and off the road.
Air:
Ensure that the tire is properly inflated by performing the squeeze test. Press down on the top of the tire with the palm of your hand; it should feel firm. If not, adjust the air using a hand bike pump and add the proper PSI (air pressure) to the tire. The recommended amount varies for each bike and can be found on the side of the tire.
Brakes:
To check the safety of your bike, squeeze your front and rear brake levers to ensure they engage properly and with ease. The brakes should not pull all the way back to the handlebars. If comfortable, the brakes can be tested while in a safe and controlled area when pedaling the bike.Chain:
Check that the bike chain is on all the gears and that there is proper lubrication on the chain. Rotate the pedals backward in a counter clockwise motion to ensure the chain moves smoothly. If you have a bike stand, change gears to ensure proper transitions of the chain.

When you purchase a bike with us, you'll enjoy the security of guaranteed repair assistance and insurance. No matter where your journey leads, our team will come to your location to fix any accidents, bike malfunctions, or issues, ensuring you can ride with confidence. We also provide a yearly tune up which includes a full bike servicing, and maintenance.
Supportive Services
In conjunction with our mandate to ensure everyone of all skills and abilities can enjoy the feeling of riding a bike, Windsor Cycle Brew is partnering with Sensory Solutions Windsor to provide bicycles and lessons for children with autism and physical/behavioral limitations.
Join us on the last Saturday of every month for free lessons, so they can experience the freedom of our bikes.
